Our Monitoring provides clients with proactive event alerting service – 24x7. Applications, OS, infrastructure, networking, specialist industry software and latency feeds are all under management from CJC.

CJC leverage ITRS Geneos, a globally recognised enterprise monitoring solution which is found across the capital markets and beyond. The platform has an array of plugins into Refinitiv, Solace, Kafka, Public Cloud and Kubernetes, with exchange feed latency capabilities included. CJC has greatly built upon the product's ‘out-of-the-box’ capabilities with our own advanced tools, plugins, scripts and automation. We also interface with open telemetry tooling to support the latest cloud products and platforms.

Our focus is to achieve incident resolution is the shortest time possible. We investigate 600k alerts per month.

CJC Provide monitoring from a secure, zero trust cloud footprint in google, which is accessible via leading carriers and data centre providers.
