Working as part of the global team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business for CJC, and the development of these accounts to attain incremental growth. Main duties include:

• Building a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Negotiating initial business with new clients.
• Actively acquire and close new business
• Developing further business in current client accounts.
• Focus on performing consistent sales actions to add new recurring CJC Managed Services clients and revenue.
• Develop clear, specific, action-oriented prospecting plans.
• Manage the life cycle of a sale from lead generation to new closed-won revenue.
• Qualify prospects and bring in CJC’s Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to close complex, technical & managed services sales.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge for our products and services.
• Utilize our evolving CRM, social platforms, and marketing software toolsets to facilitate sales engagement activities.
• Maintain our high level of customer service before and after the sale.
• Meet all company sales targets.

• Results-oriented, motivated, and strategic salesperson.
• Focused on developing new customers and hunting for new business.
• 5-7 years of experience in a consultative sales role selling solutions to the financial service technology industry.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Focus on performing consistent sales actions to add new recurring CJC Managed Services clients and revenue.
